South Louisiana summer heat - YIKES!! This is how we beat the heat. Each summer we get 2 inflatable pools. (Compliments of Wal-Mart.) One pool is reserved for the babies (ie E and R this summer), and the other pool is watch out, run and fun, splash mania, hope it doesn't pop craziness. The kids have a blast, and it really does help all of us to enjoy the hot weather. Shhh … Mom slips into the baby pool from time to time.
