Boy Time

 Every couple weeks, Andy calls for Boy Time.

I'm not sure what all goes on, but my three boys come out smelling good and looking handsome.  After every haircut, A runs to me and says, "Wanna smell me Mom?  I got Daddy soap!  And feel my haircut!"  I love my handsome fellas!

We're finally doing what J has wanted for so long.

Funny Man

 Last night at Bible Time, R decided to be the funny man.

As Andy was talking, R shoved his little fingers in his little ears, as if saying, "La, la, la ... not listening."  

It got Andy giggling which sent the rest of us into hysterics.  

We settled down enough to wrap up the talk and close in prayer.  

R had no clue what he was doing, but the response we gave him kept him going long enough for me to grab a few pics.  Unfortunately, I was shaking with laughter and failed to get a good picture.  But the memory of laughing as a family will last quite awhile.

 I'm beginning to notice a pattern.  On Sunday afternoons, I am frequently found in the playroom making silly faces.

Box Play

 Andy and I finally got around to a dreaded task - the garage.

Thankfully, it was pretty well organized with not too much clutter.  But our "storage system" was hideous.  It was a collection of old bookshelves, dresser drawers, store display racks ... basically anything we've been given that could hold items.  But now our stuff has new shelving with doors to hide its contents!  It was a long overdo project since our garage acts more as a shed/store room/storage closet than car holder.  It took awhile to get it done, but the kids stayed entertained with the boxes.

Snuggle Bunnies

 I found two little snuggle bunnies in my  bed this morning.

E and R got up before I was ready to deal with them a little early, so I sent them to my bed hoping they would give me a little more "me" time.  After about 20 minutes I went to check on them and found this.  Of course I had to crawl back into bed.  I couldn't leave them alone any longer.  It's a mother's duty.  I am so blessed.

Me Too Ma!

E wanted her picture taken too.  

She said, "Take a picture of me too, Ma!  See?!  See?!"

Twins

 The kids frequently dress alike, but it's usually the girls.

This morning, C and A chose to be "twins."  They even found panties/underwear that were similar.  Thankfully they didn't consider to dress C in underwear or A in panties.

Just Another Day at School

No, they are not supposed to be hiding under the table.

Yes, she resisted the command to return to the playroom.

And yes, we are learning to stay focused even with multiple distractions.

American Girl!

 We were able to sneak away one afternoon for a special surprise.

Aunt Lou treated my ladies to a trip to the American Girl store.  We regularly get the magazines at home, and the girls devour them, circling their favorites.  Thankfully, Target caught onto the craze and offers a much more affordable knock-off that C got for her birthday last year.  And this trip has made her Jenny crazy all over again.  As soon as we got home, she found Jenny, dressed her, fixed her hair, and hasn't let her out of her site since.  We love our dolls!
