Beach Trip
Another Friday trip to the beach, but today we had special visitors! Grandma and Grandpa came with us! The kids had a blast covering Grandma with water and sand. I don't think she was expecting to get quite so wet and dirty, but it was well worth it.

E Jumps
E's growing up. She has outgrown her bouncie chair and has moved on to the jumperoo. Thank goodness for these fabulous baby holders! After one short session, she's already covered it with her sweet slobber. Poor toys.

Dentist Visit
Is it that time again?! We went with wet hair and swimsuits, but our teeth are clean!
The Big Girls love going to the dentist. We sat in the waiting room and read tooth books. Then they called M back. I asked the hygienist if she wanted me to come with M, and she said she thought M would be fine. After hearing that, M turned around to me and said, "Yeah Mom. I'm okay. It will be fine. See you later!" So much for holding her hand through that one.
Then they called J who jumped up and raced to the door. She was gone for a couple of seconds before the second hygienist came back to say J had requested me. C patiently waited her turn, and was called last. She must have talked A LOT because her visit took longer than the others. And I did forget to tell her that this was not talk time. She's our talker, and I have to remind her to be quiet at times.
But the teeth look great, and we are good to go for another six months!

Big Helpers
C and M helping with the laundry. They are getting really good at it. I'm impressed. They can fold and put away all of the kids' clothes. On their own, they discovered how to climb on stools and put things away. They do so much to help out around here, and their accomplishments are such confidence boosters. They really feel good about themselves when they complete a task. Way to go my little ladies!

Swim School
The Big Girls started swim lessons this week. They call it "swim school." We went this morning, and they had a blast! Hopefully we'll have at least one swimmer by the end of next week!
