Chicken Pot Pie

 Last week we had chicken pot pie for the first time, and I learned a few things.
  1. We do indeed need two pies.  Don't expect leftovers.
  2. Keep the thicker sauce.  It did lessen the mess without compromising taste.
  3. Lock E outside until pies are made.  She kept sneaking into the kitchen to steal pieces of crust.
